Stone Rugs: patios with a creative twist
Stone Rugs
Stone Rugs are patios with a creative twist, artistic stone floors that make a statement! Through the use of mosaic, cut lines & uncommon materials, we make special spaces. Stone Rugs can be paired with our Stone Benches to create lasting memorials and fund-raising opportunities.
A Stone Rug can take many forms. It could be a detailed mosaic or inlay in the center of a larger patio. Or the entire patio can be an artfully cut stone design. They can be any size and scale, suitable for a tiny garden memorial or a vast civic space. .
YOUR BACKYARD
Take your patio up a notch with a Stone Rug. A mosaic design can spark conversation. A stone mandala could enhance the meditative aspects of your backyard patio. Imagination is the only limit, we love the challenge of creating new magic in this timeless medium. Challenge us!
FUND-RAISING
Consider our Stone Rugs (& Benches) for your fund raising needs. Like an upscale buy-a-brick campaign, our work is identified with a donor. That might take the form of an engraved stone or imagery within a mosaic or inlay.
This is especially effective for fund raising for institutions like universities and hospitals, as well as public greenways and parks, where durable, low maintenance surfaces and seating is always welcome.
MEMORIALS
Stone has always been the choice for creating enduring and meaningful memorials to our loved ones. Consider a Stone Rug (or Garden Guardian) as an innovative and beautiful way to celebrate the life of someone you miss. Create a small space in your yard or donate a Stone Rug to a local garden or park in honor of your loved one.
